It’s up to you! Many of our clients prefer to leave us a key or door code. We’re trustworthy, respectful, and always lock up when we leave.

7. What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?

We recommend picking up personal belongings and making sure pets are secure. We’ll take care of the rest.

8. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something wasn’t done right, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right—no hassle.

9. Do you offer any promotions?

Yes! Every 10th cleaning is FREE through our loyalty program, and we offer $10 off for both you and a friend when you refer someone to us.

10. What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.
